Fired for uncovering a secret, Charles saves an injured Dragon and receives a magical Dragon Orb. Gaining extraordinary vision, he dominates casinos and the antique world. As his powers grow, Charles thwarts foreign conspiracies, joins the elite Division 749, and ultimately transforms into a Dragon to defend his homeland.
